From 1st December 2025, you don't need a C-Card to get free condoms in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Instead, if you're 13-24 you can get free condoms without registration at outlets and if you're 16-24 you can get condoms by post. You can discard your C-Card as it is no longer needed.
The free condom scheme lets young people aged 13-24 access free condoms and lube from a number of locations.
Anyone aged 13-24 living in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly can get free condoms.
You can turn up and ask for condoms at any of the free condom locations. If you're 16-24 you can also order free condoms online.
You can get free condoms by asking for them from one of the locations that are registered with the scheme. Outlets will let you know they are part of the scheme by displaying the free condoms logo in their window. You won't have to provide any personal details but you might be asked a couple of questions just to check your age and that you know how to use condoms.

If you're 16-24 you can also order free condoms online for them to be posted to you in discreet packaging. For this we'll need a postcode, name and date of birth.
If you are aged 25 or over, you can still access free condoms and lube from any Brook clinic, as well as some GP surgeries and pharmacies. You can also purchase them in pharmacies, supermarkets and online for as little as 99p.
You may also be able to access free condoms from The Eddystone Trust.
