Young people's services

COVID-19 (coronavirus) update 19/06/2020:

Our services are still running. We may be in different locations but we are still here for you. Don’t hesitate to contact us for all your sexual health and contraception needs.

To keep everyone safe, we are currently appointment-only and not able to offer walk-ins.

Call us on 0300 30 30 714 to discuss your requirements.

We are also limiting the number of people in our clinics at any one time and request that you attend your appointment alone. If you need to bring someone with you, please call us first.

If you have symptoms of coronavirus infection or have reason to believe you may have come into contact with coronavirus, please DO NOT come in to a clinic but follow the latest government guidance.

6 of our 19 sexual health and contraception services continue to be dedicated services for under 25s.

These services offer:

Brook staff can support you with whatever you need. They are there to listen, answer any questions and give you lots of information and support.

If you are 25 or older, you can visit one of our all age services.

How do I get an appointment?

Our dedicated young people’s services run walk-ins, meaning you can turn up during opening hours* and see a member of the team. There is usually a bit of a waiting time, so we recommend arriving as early as possible and bringing something to keep you busy. All services have free WiFi that you can use whilst you wait.

Sometimes an appointment might be necessary, e.g. for implant or IUD removals. You can find out if an appointment is needed and book one by calling 0300 303 0714.

* occasionally opening hours may differ from the above, e.g. for public holidays. We will always do our best to let you know if we are not open as usual, but if you are travelling a long way you might want to call ahead or double check hours on our Google listings.

Is visiting Brook confidential?

All contraception and sexual health services are confidential, including for people under the age of 16. Health professionals work to strict guidelines and won’t tell anyone else about your visit unless they believe you’re at serious risk of immediate harm.
